Professor Sujin Shin of the College of Nursing was awarded commendation from the Ministery of Health and Welfare on December 30.
Professor Shin has carried out a number of studies for improving the working environment and treatment of nursing personnel. She has also participated in developing a new nurse education system to strengthen the educational capabilities. In particular, she was honored with the award for her contribution to improving public health by participating in various health and medical projects.
Professor Shin has published a number of books on nursing education, and in 2020, one of her books was selected for the “2020 Sejong Book”. In addition, her class "Nursing Professional in Global Health" was selected as the Best e-Class for the first semester of 2020 on Ewha Cyber Campus.
